Hybrid between Insanity Asylum 2 and P90x
Hi, I'm doing Insanity 2 and P90x together. Can you guys check if my schedule is good?

Mon- Chest and Back - AbRipperX
Tues- Power Legs
Weds- Arms and Shoulders AbRipperX
Thurs- Power Legs
Friday- Pack and Six Packs
Sat- Upper Elite
Sun- Break Day

My nutrition ~2100 cal/day

Breakfast- Cereal
Lunch- Chef Salad with 2 eggs
Snack- an apple, sometimes a sanwich
Protein Shake
Dinner- Soup, rice, veggies, and meat (1000~1200 cal)

Leave suggestions on how to improve my nutrition and work out schedule.
I'm doing 2 power legs because I want to tone up my butt and I heard it burns alot of fat. Or should I replace one with Plyometrics from P90x?

I've been doing it for about 1 month and lost 5~10 lbs cant rmb emoticon

I really like you schedule actually. I like how you have a good amount of core work. I have found that core work helps me with my overall fitness and increases my performance. I might recommend adding some extra stretches into your schedule.

Definitely a solid schedule, you're a brave man for taking on power legs twice a week. haha.

What's your current height weight? I would almost think 2100 calories would be lowballing a good bit. But maybe not.
