Just keep at it. Something to keep in mind is that even if you are not doing the moves perfectly, you are still burning calories as long as you are moving. Once you do each workout a few times, you'll have it down and know the moves. Your body doesn't know whether you are doing the moves exactly right or not, it just knows that you are moving. So don't worry about that too much, just give it your best and after a couple weeks, you'll be doing it like a pro!
