Hi, I'm new to Beachbody and Turbo Jam. I'm finding myself getting frustrated at the moves that are more complicated because she goes through them so fast. I know my technique is terrible and I really want to do this right. Anyone know how I can get the moves down so I can work on my technique since that is 90% of why Turbo Jam works.

Hello. At first use your pause button. Dont worry about rushing through it until you get more used to it. Practice some of the moves when your not working out as well. Just go through them study them and keep trying! You will eventually get better. I think most people that start something like this have a hard time at first. Its all a learning process and takes time to get the hang of. You will get it!

Just keep at it. Something to keep in mind is that even if you are not doing the moves perfectly, you are still burning calories as long as you are moving. Once you do each workout a few times, you'll have it down and know the moves. Your body doesn't know whether you are doing the moves exactly right or not, it just knows that you are moving. So don't worry about that too much, just give it your best and after a couple weeks, you'll be doing it like a pro! emoticon

Thanks for the encouragement, I worked out again tonight and I found it a lot easier to do the workout. I also found a friend to workout with who is helping me keep going. I took my before photos today and I can't wait until I don't have to look at myself like that again!
