Hi everyone, I am new to the beachbody community. My boyfriend has done p90x, insanity, the ultimate reset, and asylum and he started me with COMBAT. I am in a challenge group with a couple other people. We are on day 3 of the program and I wanted to get to know other people that have been doing beachbody no matter what program and maybe find an accountability partner. My eating habits are not what they should be and I am trying to do the 5 meal a day deal, but I am feeling hungry and I don't feel like I can have food I normally like to eat. Please let me know if you are willing to help me with my beachbody journey! emoticon

Hi and welcome to the forums. Have you done your numbers regarding calories you should be eating? What are your goals? .

We are starting a new P90X BootCamp this next week, but you can stop by now and get your questions answered and for motivation and inspiration.

Hi. Welcome and good for you for being in a challenge group and reaching out for support. I did the first 3 DVDs of COMBAT right when I got it. Today is my last day of Beachbodys 2 Day Fast and I am starting the Combat program tomorrow. I just prepared my meals do I am ready to go! I am happy to help offer any support you need. Lets be warriors!!

Hi, I'm following the nutrition guide that came with the program.
For Breakfast I had grapefruit and the rainbow scramble. I had cottage cheese and strawberries for a snack, the greek pita for lunch, shakeology for a snack and i'll be making grilled tuna tonight. I'm doing 1200 calories this week then bumping it up to 1,500.
I like to cook and usually eat healthy, so this won't be too different. But i need to stay away from the alcoholic drinks and not cheat at all during this 60 day program. I also did yoga today and am planning to do 2 workouts a day as much as I can. I have a trip to Costa Rica planned in April so want to look my best.

I don't have the gloves, but my boyfriend does. I used them last time I did the workout at his house and to be honest I won't wear them again. They were very uncomfortable and hurt my fingers. Maybe they were to big for me but I wouldn't get them.

I don't use the gloves. I have tried using 1 pound weights during workouts and that's pretty awesome.

Hey,

Thanks for the invite.

I am on day 45 of Combat Ult. Warrior, blasting the workouts, sometimes three a day.
US Armay vet. with herniate disks at C4, C6, L4 & L5. Just keep pushing play.
Nerve Root block in my neck in 2009, and just a couple of weeks ago in the lower back.

Stay with the Fight..
