Hello everyone, I need some advice. I am a VERY skinny guy (6'2, fluctuate between 145-155 lbs), separated from the military about a year ago and am looking to start P90X. Just to clear up some confusion before I go any further, no I am not looking to put on size, I am only looking to get tone, if I gain a little weight during the process then cool. I hope I do! If I successfully complete the program and see results I will probably look into taking in one step further with mass.
Anyways, I was hoping to get some advice from the community or someone who has been in my shoes. Most of my questions are pretty basic and straightforward: Where should I start, what should I be doing, what should my diet be like etc etc. It's hard to find good advice on the internet, because most of it comes in the form of someone "trying to lose" weight, and I have a hard time relating to it.
I'll attach a couple pics for everyone's reference (or if someone just wants to see what a person over 6 feet tall and under 150 lbs looks like) ;) haha
