Advice about starting back...
I finished my 4th week of Insanity on 12/20/12. I then got sick for a few days, then the holidays came and I was on vacation until last week. I am just now able to start back on my Insanity program, but was wondering, with those few weeks away from it, should I backtrack in my program, or pickup where I left off?

With almost a 4 week break in there I would just start over and get yourself back in the habit and build back to where you were.

This when you are done with it, you can look back and say "I finished it!" and you did it from Day 1.

I would suggest either starting from the beginning or do at least 2 weeks of month 1 again. Jumping right into the max workouts probably would not be the best idea.
