I am completing this with a friend as he challenged me to see who could get more ripped. I am in OK shape but I am hoping Shaun T gives this girl a serious overhaul!

I also want to say this board was highly motivational! You guys have accomplished some serious goals and look awesome!

Shenanigans! Most people on these forums would kill to get an endpoint close to your starting point. I'm putting money on you getting super ripped and making your friend weep tears of pure jealousy! What are your fitness test scores and stats?

I am competing against a male friend so we will see haha! Thank you for the compliments, I am hoping to cut fat really verse bulk up.

I am 5'2 124 pounds 22% bf, never measured anything.

1. Switch Kicks 100 single 50 double
2. Power Jacks 39

Ok, well now you're competing against me too! I'll be taking my photos and fit test in 3 weeks, so you'll just be finishing month 1 as I start it. I'm going to make you feel real good about your month 1 results (as you lol at my pitiful efforts!)

Haha! Its game time! Let's Go! I would never laugh at you though, and I highly doubt your efforts will be pitiful. Is this your first run through insanity? have you done any of the other beach body workouts?

This will be my first beach body programme but I've been pretty fit in the past. I'm counting on muscle memory to kick in. Been a while but feeling pretty psyched! If it all goes to plan, I'll either go another round of insanity or give P90X a spin. How bout you, what's next after you humiliate me and your friend?

I tell you what I thought I was good between yoga, dance, and running and riding but man does this seriously hand me my behind. I don't know what is next for me. I was thinking about turbo jam or turbo fire- my friend who I am competing with is a power lifter and he has been nudging me with that. I know I have to amp everything up if I am on staying Shaun T fit! I don't know if p90x would bulk me up a little too much. We will see, today's workout was a challenge lol I am just going to try and survive the next 7 weeks!

You look like you have lower BF than 22% you can get a BF caliber on ebay for a couple bucks to get better accuracy I can post a link to a more acurate site for Bf% if you like waiting for mine to get here emoticon Best of luck your going to look Ripped by the time your done already in great shape

I carry most of my weight in my lower body, short stubbly legs. I typically listen to my scale as far as BF. I should invest in a caliber- What is the website- and I scoped out some of your results, and hot damn you did well!!! Keep it up!

Thanks emoticon lol ah i see Fat Caliber Site this one has several formulas, Ebay Fat Caliber and here is the link to the skin fold caliper measurement tool, its $1.05 free shipping .. I'm 5'10" even with my results i weigh 165 lbs which is the same as when i started so i don't really go by weight for the body fat percentage emoticon muscle weighs more than fat. im currently on day 8 restarted insanity throw in hip hop abs6 min abs a few times through out the day as well

Month 2 is Way more intense, but soo worth it emoticon Round 1 for me i took pix ever 3-5 days, you could see a change by day 3 its crazyyyy this time around taking daily pix to to do a watch it melt video emoticon

The pack is coming, not as fast as I would like. I feel like I am gaining weight. I haven't found a magic ratio of protein to fiber yet as I feel a bit bloated. My jeans still fit so I am ok.

My Tips: Stretch longer than he tells you to in the cool down. Try to drink a gallon of water a day. Slow protein at night, and if you have a recovery formula use it.

Eat right... biggest thing prep your body right for what you are about to do with it. I started fish oil and joint supp right before I started to help preserve me some.

Alright Kevin... Let's go! I am only on my 4th week so you have something on me but I won't let that stop me from kicking your A emoticon And a 6 pack is much more about cardio (running) than it is about ab exercise. If you are hitting a rut it might be time to start feeding some runs into this program.
Also be sure you are eating right!

when i started i gained quite a bit actually lol i went down to 154 but then went up to 172 now going back down again lol down 9 pounds since beginning of last week, lol weight gain is because you are gaining muscle which is why i dont go by the weight scale for BMI emoticon
