How's the six-pack coming along? From what I hear, month 2 brings about more visible changes than month 1 so go insane!
I'm starting my insanity challenge on Saturday. I'm all set. Any tips for the first few sessions?

The pack is coming, not as fast as I would like. I feel like I am gaining weight. I haven't found a magic ratio of protein to fiber yet as I feel a bit bloated. My jeans still fit so I am ok.
My Tips: Stretch longer than he tells you to in the cool down. Try to drink a gallon of water a day. Slow protein at night, and if you have a recovery formula use it.
Eat right... biggest thing prep your body right for what you are about to do with it. I started fish oil and joint supp right before I started to help preserve me some.
