since I've been on here and since I've done insanity. I have let my weight get out of control! Like crazy! I used to weigh 190 when I first got insanity and only did about 3 weeks of it and then school interrupted me. I've been putting it off because I've felt that I've been super busy with church and school...but I definitely know I can make time. I now weigh about 245, wayyyyy too much and I've decided to get back up on insanity and actually watch what I eat. I've completely cut out burgers, fries, and chicken sandwiches from fast food places as well as chips, candy and soda. I'm tired of weighing too much and always being out of energy. I really really need to change this. I'm almost done with my first week of insanity and I'm gonna stick through it...Lord willing I'm planning to do two rounds and I'm considering doing Asylum after
