Hi all! I'm Robin and I just recently joined the BB website and forums. I apologise if this has been asked before. Cannot locate my answer when I searched the forum.

Does anyone know of/own a group dedicated to short girls?

I'd love to be in touch with other shorties looking to lose weight or get toned with p90x, Insanity, or Butt Lift....and if there isn't one, would be willing to start one up.

Any leads on groups, short ladies? emoticon

I don't know of any groups that are specifically designated for short women, but I do have a general support group on FB if that would be of interest to you. It'd be great to connect with more shorties (:

Hoping also to get in 30min Kickstart from Combat. CST left my arms feeling like noodles. So happy to get my Results and Recovery formula in. emoticon
Currently I am listening to a conference call and, getting bored with it because they have gone over by 20minutes. That irritates me.

I actually like the message boards....I am on a few on FB but, I like the message boards also. Not everyone has been on Facebook so, it can be limiting.

Better attempt to listen to the call...

Went lighter on my Bi's but, sat down with the back rest up - so I couldn't use body motion to lift. Great workout.

Listening to Sagi now and how negativity makes you toxic. We all complain about energy, weight gain, "its not working for ME".... It happens with your thoughts. Your body will increase inflammation and release cortisol. Give your body what it really needs and you will feel fantastic.

But, when you eat crap...you get into a funk.
Change your brain, change your body - by changing your actions. Stop feeling sorry for yourself. If you keep saying "I'm fat...I'm depressed" it will become true. Change your thoughts. "I am healthy, I enjoy eating healthy, it fulfills my mind and body". And it will become true. Your body knows how to use nutrients.
