Insanity is no joke! I just wanted to comment on a couple things. I would try to stick to the schedule as best as I could but listen to your body. Soreness is one thing you should try to work through. That next workout will help generate blood flow and help the muscle recovery process. But in month two I hit a section of fatigue. My legs felt like bricks. My philosophy is each workout has a purpose and if your body isn't able to benefit that purpose take a recovery day or two. Your legs take a beating 6 days a week. P90X and other workouts have more rest and only work a major muscle group 1-2 days a week.
As far as weight goes. Dont weigh yourself every day. Once a week or it'll drive you crazy. I weigh myself first thing after going to the bathroom in the morning. Water alone can fluctuate your weight 2-3 lbs easily. Also, I did insanity after p90x. I lost no weight (152) but my body fat went from 12% to 9%. Scale doesn't always tell the whole story. Oh, my chest strength stayed about the same but my pullup #'s dropped about 25-30%
Thanks I really appreciate the advice. It's interesting working out my legs when my legs are already very sore, but I'm sure it'll all work out.
