Thanks. So I woke up this morning and still felt a little sore, but much better. Last night I applied ice and heat and used my massage chair for a bit. Also took some Advil. I recall that the pain started with increase jump moves, twisting and turning when I started month 2 this past Monday...I also recall my form was not very good at times since some of the moves were new to me. So I decided this am to fous on form instead of reps, an also switched into more stable sneakers with inserts. So I went for it this morning and did not go as intense and felt much better at the end. I have been icing and applying heat through out today and also used some bengay...my back is finally starting to feel loose and back to normal...I think form and soles were the issue here and I tweaked it, wich cause it to tighten and spasm a bit....glad tomorrow is rest Day. month 2 week 2 here we come...hopes this post helps others with a similar issue.....good luck
