Today was my first day back since being sick and I did Fire 55EZ. I was going to do Tone 30 but I felt a little light headed and figured I should quit while I was ahead!

Yesterday I did Fire 45 and Tone 30 with my new resistance band...OUCH!! I think my new band has a bit more resistance than the old one; boy am I feeling it!! Today I did Fire 55EZ (getting back to the schedule and starting week 7) and burn over 600 calories!!! That was the first time I have broken 600 in a single workout with Turbofire. Guess the burn yesterday really helped!!

Today was Week 7 Friday. On the schedule I am supposed to do Fire 55EZ, but I felt like I had extra energy, so I went for Fire 60, AND IT WAS AWESOME!! High high Intensity!! Great burn and great fun!!!

Hi there! I'm in! I did Insanity first and now I'm doing TF and in the 2nd
month. It is really great for my arms and core! I add some Insanity in here
and there too because I miss it.

Glad to join you!

Really cold here, fell outside on the ice this morning and wondering how
sore I'm going to get and if I should just keep doing my workouts??

Happy weekend!

Oh man I hope you didn't hurt yourself on the ice!!! My dog plowed me over a few weeks ago and I hurt for a few days!

Yesterday was Fire 45. Lemme tell ya, after doing Fire 60 the day before, I definitly felt it!! Oh well, it was a good burn. My quads are feeling it a bit! Today is core 20 and streth 40 so that will be a bit of a reprive. If I am extra motivated, I might do Insane Abs just because I love that DVD!!

Today I started my cardio recovery week. I am not sure why, but I find Fire 45EZ to be the hardest workout of them all. I get to do it again tomorrow too!! I always find that with that one I sweat more than all of the others. HAs anyone else had this experience?

I was not a huge fan of Burn Circuit 1. I think I like it when someone counts it out for me, and I feel it's sort of a free for all with the movements. I do like Sculpt 30 and Tone 30 (I think I like Tone 30 better at this point though). I have seen some definite results with those workouts!

Today, once again was Fire 45 EZ / Stretch 10. Once again I was drenched in sweat!! I don't know why I have so much trouble with that workout, but I do!! Tomorrow is the rest day and I am hoping that the new Insanity DVD comes so I can do that in place of core 20 on Thursday. Cardio recovery in full swing!!

Hi Ladies! I would love to join your motivation group. I am on Week 3 of a TF/P90X hybrid. I have done both programs previously. I love Chalene and the energy of TF. I mix P90X in mostly for the strength training but find when I do P90X alone it is too much strength training for me or maybe I just like Chalene's style betteremoticon

Have either of you done Chalene Extreme? Would be interested to know your thoughts on that. I have been thinking of getting that to fill in more strength training but for now, it's P90X.

Today I am doing Fire45EZ and Stretch 10. I agree this is a tough workout! I do not have the extra CDs that go with TurboFire but I find Fire45EZ to be harder than Fire45 or Fire55EZ. I always say the EZ definitely does not stand for EASY!!!

Have a great day!

Welcome Sherri...is that your first name?

My first love is Insanity, then I started with TF and don't have the extra
cd's, but I add in some Insanity with it and love it. I also have BBL for
my next program. I am considering p90x or 10 min trainer after that.

I have to keep busy and keep moving or I get too weak. Want to stay strong
for life and these programs sure do help!

I haven't done CEx, but I have her bonus burn circuit 1 and like that one.

Hi Susan! Yes my first name is Sherri. Interesting you mention Insanity and BBL. Other than Chalene Extreme those are the two I have been considering. Have been strongly thinking BBL may be my next. I think my body would respond well to those types of exercises. When will you be finishing up your current TF 90 days?

I admit, Insanity has always intimidated me! How would you compare the cardio intensity to TF HIITs? Is there a way to compare?

I agree with you, I am at the age now where if I do not workout regularly I notice the decline in my strength and endurance and I do not like it! I feel so much better in all respects when exercise is part of my daily routine.

Glad to have connected with you and this group. Look forward to motivating and encouraging one another!

Sherri

WOW!!! That is wonderful! My goal after having 3 children in 2 years (a set of twins in there) is to get my stomach back. The twins are 7 now and I've not been able to get rid of the extra pudge in my middle. It is quite annoying! But I know it can be done and it is definitely my goal by the time I finish this round of TF/P90X to have accomplished that.
