I started turbo fire a week ago.. so far no weight loss but i feel like my body is changing.. any suggestions to kick it up a bit.. and before you suggest shakeology.. I am on a college students budget with kiddos.. haha Also, I cannot find my work out schedule that came with my program

You may want to try the FREE (yay free!!) app MyFitnessPal. You can use it to track your calories to make sure that you are not blowing the workout by consuming too much. For me, I have my calorie limit set at 1400 per day and try to stick with that (I am vegan so it is pretty easy). You are also able to log workouts there as well.
If you need a physical schedule, if you google 'turbofire schedule' there are a lot of PDF files out there you can print off that way you do not have to keep logging in to see what your next workout is.
