I just started a week ago myself. You usually tend to stay the same in weight or even gain a few pounds when you first start working out. It happened to me a couple of years ago, I got a little bit discouraged, but kept going and within 3 months, I lost 20 pounds and lost a total of 18 inches.(Cardio, cardio, cardio!) As for a supplement, I would love to do shakeology, but with kids and in school, there's no way I can afford it. So instead, I use Lean Shake from GNC. It is 180 calories and the cost is about $32 but if you have a card, then you can get the discount price at the beginning of the month.
You can find the workout schedule under your dashboard and go to schedule your workouts and it will automatically put in the schedule for you.
Hope this helps! Good luck!

You may want to try the FREE (yay free!!) app MyFitnessPal. You can use it to track your calories to make sure that you are not blowing the workout by consuming too much. For me, I have my calorie limit set at 1400 per day and try to stick with that (I am vegan so it is pretty easy). You are also able to log workouts there as well.

If you need a physical schedule, if you google 'turbofire schedule' there are a lot of PDF files out there you can print off that way you do not have to keep logging in to see what your next workout is.

Hi!
congrats on tackling Turbofire! I just finished 12 weeks of it and it changed my life! anyway, did you take before photos and measurements? if not, you should take them now. I only lost 12 pounds with Turbo but totally transformed my body and lost 30+ inches in the 12 weeks. My before/afters are on my profile if you want to see. Also, as was mentioned the MY FITNESS PAL app has a great tracker for making sure youre staying within your calorie goals. Also, did you find your schedule? If not, let me know and I can send you one! Best of luck!
