im 33 days into p90x and no changes in measurments or strength, im also doing 1 hour of cardio everyday and dieting very strictly! only change ive made is that i gained 4 pounds! what the heck am i doing wrong?

How much cardio are we talking? Heavy cardio? and by strict diet how much are you taking in daily as opposed to your recommended/calculated amount for your measurements? There's a chance it could be that you're taking in too little. And that weight may actually be in muscle you are gaining! And how are you faring in the workouts? Have you seen any improvement?

Hello. It all depends on how much food you are taking in and EXACTLY what kinds of foods. If your eating to little that can make things worse. Sometimes less is not better. I would need alot more info about your food and exercise habits. The pounds you gained can also be water weight from working out hard. But it sounds like something is off in your diet. If you need any help with that id be happy to assist you!

2100 calories a day 150 grams of protein lean meats chicken, salmon, tuna , steak twice a week eating small all day long! I'm getting through the workout fine for the most part, I suck at yoga! Little about me last j
Year I was 257 pounds and started exercising new years day by June I was at my goal of 199 pounds using the D.A.S.H diet and elliptic and arc trainer then I started lifting and put some weight back on but still fitting in 34 pant size so I didn't worry about it just figured its muscle. I started p90x to lose my beer gut and to be able to do unassisted pull ups! I'm giving this thing 150% I hit the wall at 227 for 3 weeks during my quest but pushed through it this time I'm not seeing that happen and I'm thinking this isn't right for me! How can I work so hard and get nothing?

Wow, cardio and P90X with a 2100 calorie intake. That seems that it may be a bit low.

If you are basically doing doubles the 2100 calorie intake may not be enough for your body to keep this pace up. Your body could be in starvation mode and that's the reason you are not losing even with all the exercise and diet.

if you'd like some help figuring out how much calorie intake you should be at to lose weight I'd be happy to help. Let me know your age, height and weight.

Also, give us an idea of what cardio you're doing as well.
