Hi Pat...it's cool you don't do FB...we can just hang here on the message boards...I thought I was going to have a hard time with the dairy the first time I did it as well...but it really wasnt that bad...once it was weaned out after the first week, I found I didn't miss as much as I thought I would...
Word of advice...be prepared! Make sure you read the whole book, the meal plan included from front to back...it not only answers a lot of questions but you'll notice that a lot of the dinners you have will also be lunches the next day..so you'll want to make extra when you make your dinner so you don't have to make your lunch at the last minute...that can lead to taking the quick way out and just grabbing something to tide you over.
I didn't have any headaches during the reset because I nixed out coffee the prior week, but I was pretty sluggish for the first few days....
Welcome to the thread....I have 3 other people in my family who are doing it with me this go round and we start tomorrow! I'm so looking forward to it as I got so many awesome benefits out of it the first time I did it.
Be strong and stick with it...You'll be able to resist the dairy...I'll be happy to support you any way I can
