I just started TurboFire and I'm having a hard time figuring out what to eat. It says I should have 2160 calories but what about protein content. How much of my diet should compose of protein? I'm tracking what I eat and it appears that I am eating a LOT of protein. I'm trying to lose weight and tone up.

If you don't have a lot of weight to loose i would go with 40% Protein / 40% Carbs / 20% Fat.
