Started Insanity today, love the look of the intense program! Just wondering how others (new & experienced) Users are finding it.

I started Insanity in August of 2011 and I have been hooked/addicted since then.

I have been doing it for almost 16 months and I still haven't gotten tired of it or burnt out. I believe it is an awesome program. Due to Insanity I also have more motivation and more stamina to do other workouts aside from Insanity (running, sprinting, lifting weights, etc), not to mention I have changed my eating habits and live a healthier life style.

I would definitely recommend this program man! It is a life changer as long as you put your mind, heart and soul to this program. It's all about what you are willing to put in. You will definitely get great results if you push your limits each workout! If you're already an athlete I believe you'll definitely enjoy this program!

I LOVE Insanity! It was such a fun program to do, and for me I know it was my first one (even though it was recommended to be a workout for those more advanced than I was at the time), it was such a blast! I know at some point I will definitely venture back to it! I love my Les Mills Combat though. Lol. Maybe a hybrid!

Hi there Mewes,

I started Insanity on the 13th; today was Total Cardio and this one, for me, has been the hardest. I think I'm in pretty good shape but I found I really need to work on this one. How are you doing with it? Are you supplementing the program with anything else, cardio, weight lifting?

Hi Rose!

I am only applying two long distance jogs a week with my program which I do on the more relaxed days, so the rest day and the recovery day. I really get pushed with the power squat exercises and also the press up related drills as my chest is quite week and outweighed by a strong back!
