Staying in the fight for 60+ days!!
I am absolutely in LOVE with Les Mills Combat. It's an all around program that is sure to deliver amazing results.

I actually ordered the program during the preorder and received it a month ago. I started it then but fell very ill with the worst cold...that lasted over 3 weeks. I would try to workout but there were days that I was lucky to lift my head from the pillow. Needless to say my body needed the rest. BUT that cold is finally gone and I started back last week. Today marked the start of week two of the Warrior schedule. I love the program so much that I decided to order the upgrade so I could get as much out of Combat as I possible can. Once I get that upgrade I plan on starting over on Week 1 following the Ultimate Hybrid calendar. This will actually be great as I'm starting a new job tomorrow so I will have a good idea of how my mornings are going to run...it will have me prepared for the longer workouts :-)

I would LOVE to have a group to post with...Let's share our successes with one another. I'm not a coach and this is not a challenge group, so this thread wouldn't interfere with any other groups you may be apart of...I'm just looking for a supportive group to keep each other accountable.

Good luck with it and hope you stay well this time!!
I just completed Day 30 this morning of the Ultimate Warrior schedule. You will like the extra workout DVD's.. There are some serious workouts in there!!
One thing I realized this morning, because of the learning curve we all go through with the kicks, moves, combos and transitions, I expect to see much better results for the second 30 days.. Knowing all that definitely helps you push harder instead of wasting time trying to figure what they are doing.. I'm happy with 1-30, but I think 31-60 will tell the real story of change..
Good luck!!
Dale

I just started a week ago and have a great group that I work with, over 70+ folks but we are on FB. The program is awesome huh? Sorry to hear about your cold, sounds more like the darn flu or something, three weeks is a long time to be sick, geez!

I totally agree though that the Ultimate program is the best, I am following that schedule too and it is so much fun. The hour long workout goes by so fast. Totally love the program.

Anyway, maybe I'll see you in a group.
