Question about 10 min Trainer.
I have a friend who is reaching out to me for help in losing weight. He is about 320 pounds, 40 years old, and has bad knees due to a football injury he had a long time ago. I was wondering how this program is? Is it for someone like him? He isn't that motivated but if I go over his house and do this program with him he will do it. Nutrition is also a huge problem, does this program come with a nutrient guide that is good for someone his size? Also looking for someones opinion on the overall workouts. Are they good?

I figured if he starts with this then he can move up to power 90 then P90x and more but would like to start off slow first see how he does then go from there.

I will chime in. I am doing TMT right now to bring myself back from a knee injury. I have not done Power 90 but have done X and Insanity(before injury).
I think he could do TMT. It is alot packed into the 10 minutes. No breaks in between sets like in X. You might have to start with one 10 min video a day and pause it for some rest between sets.
It does have some plyo and lunges so he will have to watch the knees. Start him on some MSM/Glucosemine to lube he knees up. Then ice after. My Doc has me do an ice-cube to each knee. Rub it till it is all melted.
Yes, it does come with a meal plan. Not as in depth as X or Insanity but it is a good start.

thank you, with more research I feel like power 90 might be better for him. They have alternate moves that is less impact and will not effect his knees as much.

Might be. I have to do a few things different with my knee. It is nice that it is only 10 min. When someone is new 10 sounds alot better than 90emoticon
