was hoping i could get help on wich is the best way to get your abs, to get ripped or get mass. I accept all help with this one and also i want some muscle but would rather have great endurance and stamina...help please!!!
I think you'll find the full suite of core-intensive exercises that are offered in P90X2 will do the job. By emphasizing core strength and stability, you will improve your ability to move more weight and increase your endurance when working out. Moving more weight plus increased endurance leads to higher levels of metabolic activity, which (depending on how you construct and follow your food intake) leads to fat-burning and increased lean muscle mass.
Just remember to work the entire core, as programmed in X2 - balance and stability, front and back - not just the "mirror" exercises (as in "gosh, these abs look good in the mirror!").
