Hey guys!
First of all, congratulations to you all for jumping on the Insanity Train!! It's gonna be quite the ride! And yeah, it's tough, but if you stick with it, you will get stronger each and every day. Your muscles won't be as sore after each workout, and you'll be able to perform better too. Hang in there.
Make sure that you're also eating enough good food too, in order to have the energy to really push during the workouts. Your body needs good fuel now.
