Hi-
On day two of Insanity; I barely think I could do the last ten minutes of the cardio portion on day 2; Still sore from fit test yesterday....Hoping it gets better- wow!

Im with you... Yesterday I took the fit test nd was Day one for me also. I ... puked. Seriously it was so tough. Tonight I will do day 2 but I need to eat a little prior. I felt so sick after the fit test! GOOD LUCK to you today!

The first few days are especially tough. I hurt so bad the first few days, I could barely get into the car.

But man it gets better. I'm not going to say amazing results but I started seeign small things at the end of the first week.

Im hoping for ANY results.... I started at 202 on jan 1st--- ran just on the elliptical for a half hour a day and completely changed my diet-- lost 5 pounds as of last wednesday so hopefully this can replace that cardio and get the same if not better results.

What week are you on now?

Hey guys!

First of all, congratulations to you all for jumping on the Insanity Train!! It's gonna be quite the ride! And yeah, it's tough, but if you stick with it, you will get stronger each and every day. Your muscles won't be as sore after each workout, and you'll be able to perform better too. Hang in there.

Make sure that you're also eating enough good food too, in order to have the energy to really push during the workouts. Your body needs good fuel now.

And if you guys are looking for a great thread, I have one running and would love to have you guys as part of the group. We really have some nice people there, and it's a great way to connect with others who are doing the same thing. Click here to check it out!

Yep! You can do it! No excuses for us! I have tons of stuff to do tomorrow but i said i'll wake up early and start my day with insanity! emoticon

I DID IT! I didnt take a break last night even though I was SO tired from only 5 hours of sleep the night before. Instead, as soon as I walked thru the door I changed my clothes and popped the disc in. Was done before I knew it. Although, my legs were so sore I probably could only do about 75% of it... I still did it!

Didn't realize people were posting on my "post"....cool!

Starting Week 3 along with many of you...Of course, I am frustrated, as my hubby is dropping pounds already, and I feel like I am not noticing a thing (although my endurance is better, and I am doing better with exercises)....Of course I expect immediate results, like I did in my 20's...Now I have a "mommy" body which doesn't slim pounds like it used to....When do people really start to see hard core results? Second month? Trying really hard with my eating too....

Hope everyone is well!!

Pure cardio and abs tomorrow (those abs are hard, especially the jumping exercises after pure cardio)

I am on week 4. Just hang in there! Day 15 I already lost an inch off my waist but my weight is still the same. I don't look at the scale anymore, instead i look at pictures and measurements. Btw, i now have a butt! Woohoo!
