Yep, it's a new year and most people figure they are ready for a new body! This will be a process over time, during which you will need support, motivation and of course, accountability. Come join me as I work towards completing the goals I have set out and see if this is the place for you to join!

Goals:

  • Reach goal weight of 120-130
  • Daily nutrition log/Accountability
  • Daily workouts with Beachbody programs being completed from start to finish

First off, tell me a little bit about you! What program are you doing? What are your goals? Why do you want to lose weight/be healthier?

As for me, I'm a recent college graduate and newlywed who is beginning her journey as a teacher. I am currently working as an Instructional Assistant where I work with students of other languages and help them to better speak English. I have also spent a semester abroad in Spain and greatly hope some day to return! Lastly, I am enjoying married life and doing my best to start us out on a healthy foot so we can develop healthy habits in our home and in our families homes!

Today is going to be a crazy hectic day! Most definitely should have done Power Intervals this morning, but was recovering from a somewhat upset stomach so I let my body rest and will hopefully have time for my workout this evening. Breakfast is oatmeal with brown sugar and two pieces of wheat toast, lunch will be stouffer's pot roast...or maybe salad, yeah lets do salad with baby carrots, dinner will be chocolate vegan shakeology with almond milk and peanut butter! Have a busy day at work helping kids learn English better, then tutoring a 5 year old in Spanish for an hour, and then a 5th grader in English comprehension before making it home around 8....leave at 8am, come home at 8pm...gonna be a long day but I can do it and still get that workout in!

What does your day look like? Are you keeping to your nutrition and exercise?
