** Insanity Challenge starting February 4th 2013**

I will be holding a challenge group where I will personally coach you through Insanity, with one on one support, nutritional guidance and accountability to make sure you get the best results possible! This program is not only for weight loss! We will also be focusing on building endurance, toning and sculpting! ;)

There are limited spots available and I will need to work with you to figure out what you need to get you started so you can order and receive it on time! More importantly we need to slowly work on nutrition and transitioning some foods between now and the start date!

kklove, the activit vitamins are such a great benefit for your health; they offer the vitamins needed to keep your metabolism up and your body healthy. When you are doing vigorous work outs, you need the extra vitamins to keep you going! Activit vitamins are the way to go!

Did your Insanity arrive yet? It starts to work Day 1. If you commit to the first 30 days of pushing "play" and you follow the nutrition guide you'll fall in love with your results. However, you didn't state what your goals were. Are you already fit, and the goal is to mix up the cardio? Or, is the goal for wt. loss?
