Problems w/ BodyBuilding.com - suggestions for others online?

Hey guys,

I have purchased supplements from BodyBuilding.com for the last 3-4 monthhs (ordering basically once a week) & love what they have going on...well, that hit a snag today.

They told me that they will no longer accept returns from me b/c I have "returned too many items" & that I am now "buying at my own risk"...even though they have the phrase 100% satisfaction guarantee plastered all over their website. To be clear, I have returned 5 orders due to either 1) not being satisfied with the product, 2) there was a defect or 3) the clothing item did not fit properly - all of these are reasonable reasons to return items view their returns/exchanges page.

For some reason, they are red-flagging me b/c I have returned so much (they say) in a short amount of time (last 90 days). What boggles my mind is that every time I return something, I'm 1) paying $10-15 out of my own pocket in-order to ship it back to them & 2) asking for an IN-STORE CREDIT to put money back into their company! How am I doing anything wrong?

I am extremely close to boycotting the entire company all together & am looking for suggestions on other places online to buy supplements. What are some of your recommendations?

Thanks,
CT

vitacost.com has good prices although not the variety of BB.com. It also has free shipping for orders over $49.

tigerfitness.com has good prices and great variety. Their shipping is kind of high(9-$10) but if you buy in bulk it's not bad. The MTS whey protein they sell is cheap ($44.99 for 5 lbs) and is one of the best tasting proteins I have tried. Their customer service is also good.

Hope this helps

What kind of supplements are you looking for? What are your goals? Supplements are just part of the equation with Body Beast, as there is no avoiding eating like a rabid dog if you want to put on 10 or more pounds of lean body mass in just 90 days.

supplementwarehouse.com they will match all prices and take off 10 percent , however they charge shipping, but they will throw in free stuff like crazie...
i used bodybuilding.com for awhile but i also ran into a snag and found their customer service to be horrible...

@RBroussard to be honest, I've been on & off w/ preworkouts lately but fell in love w/ MHP Up Your Mass. I need to buy that stuff every couple weeks b/c you go thru a tub so quickly (4 scoops per serving). That is all I am really looking to buy for the next couple months - supplement wise. I've always been a skinny dude & after doing the calculations in the BookOfBeast, I only need to eat 2,500-2,600 cal/day in the build phase. I know that sounds crazy but I only weight 133 & have 11% BF

@krucifiedkevin please explain your issues further! I'd love to know that I am not alone on this. For months, I have thought BB was the best supplement place on the face of the earth - loved every facet of their company. I even got a HANDWRITTEN note from their CEO last week saying how much he appreciates my loyal service...then this week I am told I'm ban from making returns...LOL WHAT?! haha

check out Amazon, they have pretty much everything. They don't have the information like BB.com, but free shipping and great prices for the most part. I do have to research a lot elsewhere.
