Hey Guys! My names Kevin and I'm looking at a good way to tone and accentuate my butt. I'm doing the P90X program for my 2nd time. I did it once and saw great results, but I gained my weight back and boy is it just as hard the 2nd time around. The only thing that I didn't like last time was that I had a "flat" butt. Do any of you have any recommendations on some workouts that could really help? I have a nice butt now, but I want to tighten it up and keep its volume. LOL! Sorry, I found that sort of comical. But if you could lend a fellow beachbody friend some help that would be great!

*Sigh* - I've always had booty to spare... But some squats will help you get firmer and thicker! A group I am in has been doing a squat challenge - let me see if I can dig it up for you emoticon

I saw this subject and smiled..

I have done P90X..great overall body workout for sure!

However I am three weeks into "Combat" and have been cracking jokes about how well it's hitting my butt. Not a area I target but you just can't help take notice. My lady friend made metion of my butt inside of two weeks..lol It's all that kicking, leg lifts, squats. Give it a try the workouts are great.

I'll have to look into both of those! I love lunges, but I can only do so many without getting bored. So I might take on the Challenge Beth, hopefully I'll get my results in no time emoticon

Heavy squats will do the trick. Just make sure you squat with good form--chest up, hips/butt back, core tight, dropping your quads at least parallel to the floor.
