Hey Guys! My names Kevin and I'm looking at a good way to tone and accentuate my butt. I'm doing the P90X program for my 2nd time. I did it once and saw great results, but I gained my weight back and boy is it just as hard the 2nd time around. The only thing that I didn't like last time was that I had a "flat" butt. Do any of you have any recommendations on some workouts that could really help? I have a nice butt now, but I want to tighten it up and keep its volume. LOL! Sorry, I found that sort of comical. But if you could lend a fellow beachbody friend some help that would be great!

I saw this subject and smiled..
I have done P90X..great overall body workout for sure!
However I am three weeks into "Combat" and have been cracking jokes about how well it's hitting my butt. Not a area I target but you just can't help take notice. My lady friend made metion of my butt inside of two weeks..lol It's all that kicking, leg lifts, squats. Give it a try the workouts are great.
