Your best weight-gainer to use w/ Body Beast?
I weigh 133 & have 11% BF. According to the Book of Beast, I need to eat 2500-2600 cal/day - that really isn't "a lot" of calories. I am looking to supplement with a weight-gainer. I have been using MHP Up Your Mass & probably have about a month to 2 months of it left before I'd run out.

Is MPH UYM legit? What do you think are the best out on the market? (taste/price/results)

I appreciate any feedback you can give me,
CT

Unfortunately a lot of weight gainers are filled with useless carbs like Maltodextrin and things of the like. Simply because it's cheap and can up the carb content per serving without the company having to spend too much money.

A good gainer with an extremely clean ingredient base is oddly enough "Clean Gainer" by Rivalus. It runs a little more expensive than other gainers but with what they use to make it you're not going to find a better set of ingredients.

Here's a link: http://www.rivalus.net/products/clean-gainer

I'm willing to pay a bit more for what I buy but $90 for a half-months servings? That's a little too steep for my wallet lol. It sounds legit though man. I appreciate it.

Why not just eat more real food? Your body will process it better. If you're a hard-gainer, push yourself up to 3000-3500 clean calories per day, and if you have to go higher do that. There were guys in the test group eating 6000 calories per day.

I am having the same issue. I am half way through my bulk phase and am loosing weight. I am eating 3400 cal a day, but sounds like I may need to go up too
