I would recommend purchasing a nutribullet. By juicing regularly, you will raise you PH and lower acid levels in your body. This will help with all forms of Arthritis. Juicing is the fasted way for absorption and helping rid the body of toxins.

I've heard of people who have had success with drinking a glass of water with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar mixed in. Cranberry juice and cherries, especially tart/sour ones, help with gout so they might help with arthritis. Green leafies and pineapple help with inflammation. So you could try a blend of coconut water, pineapple, and kale. Another might be juiced apples, carrots, and ginger (if you don't like the spicey, then drop the ginger).
