30 minutes fitness class cardio training

I have just started Les Mills Combat (Jan 15, 2013). I also have to do a fitness class in school for credit. I choose the option to run or bike for 30 minutes, four days per week.
Is it safe for me to do both programs at the same time or should I stop Les mills Combat?

As long as you feel good, absolutely go ahead and do both. Listen to your body and take a break or day off if you need it. Just make sure you are fueling your body appropriately to accomplish your goals.

Combat is Tuesday to Sunday, off on Monday
Class is Monday to Thursday, off Friday to Sunday.

How are you feeling with it? If you start feeling overtrained (tired, sore, performance is suffering) then you should definitely cut back. Any chance you can get your school to give you credit for Combat? It's a LOT more exercise than 30 minutes on a stationary bike.

How has it been going so far? Don't forget though that when you are exercising so heavily that you listen to your body not only for rest, but that you are watching your calorie intake. The more you exercise the more you want to watch your nutrition so that your body stays fueled for it!

Keep up the awesome work though!!
