My First Round
My First Round

Hello everyone. I have recently started my very first round of Insanity. I completed day 5 today. I have started to realize how much I am going to need some extra motivation.

I read that a good way to keep up the motivation to keep pushing play is to blog about the workout each day. This keeps you believing that others are depending on you to complete your workout so that you can share your experience with them. I am good with graphic design and web development, so I decided to try this.

I have been blogging about my experience so far and will continue to do so.

I have tried to post my bio multiple times tonight, but it seems to have too many characters or something because I get an error every time I try to post it that says that the message boards are unavailable.

If you would like to read my bio you can do so on the "About Me" page on my blog. I would also appreciate anyone that can check in every now and then to help keep me motivated.

Hi! Just wanted to say hello and good for you for starting Insanity! I'm on day 20 and love it. It's difficult, but doesn't it feel GREAT when ur done? Haha. I have had some great results already, which is very motivating. Good luck and you can do it!!!

Day 20 huh? Well done. Another 2 weeks and you will be starting the Max workouts. I am sure that will be a whole new world. I'm excited for you. And yes, it feels to complete a workout. I feel good the rest of the night. The accomplishment of finishing an Insanity workout is more stimulating then anything else I do all day!

Second round! That's great. Did you start the program over from the start, or did you modify it to continue with the "Max" workouts?

Insanity is HARD so good for you for starting! It gets a little easier after the first week or maybe its that habit kicking in. I'm in the last two weeks, and I can tell you, I was looking forward to that first rest day. I'm SO glad I stuck with it and YOU will be glad too!

Hi Heather! Thanks for the reply. It is nice to hear things like "It gets a little easier...". I am already glad that I started it. I am sure that I will be very happy if I stick with it. As of right now I am still pretty pumped about it. And yes, I look forward to tomorrow. I made my rest days Friday.

Im on day 4--- very sore so far and finding myself having to take breaks. I would say I complete 75% of what they are doing at the pace but hopefully this will get better in time. Havent seen too much results yet but... I realize its only day 4 LOL.

Blogging is definately nice and helpful! Seeing other peoples results also motivate me because I think I want to look like THAT!

Oh boy, that means that you have Pure Cardio to look forward to tomorrow! Good luck. If I can get through it, I am sure that most people can.

I just love to see others peoples results as well. It is also fun to hear from others that are doing the program at the same time. I look forward to seeing you around.
