Hello everyone. I have recently started my very first round of Insanity. I completed day 5 today. I have started to realize how much I am going to need some extra motivation.
I read that a good way to keep up the motivation to keep pushing play is to blog about the workout each day. This keeps you believing that others are depending on you to complete your workout so that you can share your experience with them. I am good with graphic design and web development, so I decided to try this.
I have been blogging about my experience so far and will continue to do so.
I have tried to post my bio multiple times tonight, but it seems to have too many characters or something because I get an error every time I try to post it that says that the message boards are unavailable.
