I love the starter classes when you just start! It really helps get the moves down. I'm doing HIIT 20 today--that are TOUGH, but it's so nice to feel lighter after one short workout!

Congrats on losing 8lbs already!! Are you following the TF meal guide too? You'll be at your goal weight soon if you keep everything up---just in time for spring/summer clothes!! I'm doing a hybrid of Pump and TF right now to help me get ready--we're going to the beach in March & can't wait! Do you have any goals/events coming up to motivate you?

I have been doing this for 3 weeks and love it. How long have you been doing HITT? This is what I am gonna do next.

Been doing turbo fire since thanksgiving. Absolutely love it. But I need more! I wanted to order the Advanced DVDs but im soooo confused about them.

So BB is charging +$80 for only 5 dvds (and the 2 bands that I already have from turbo fire...(big whoop!)). What a rip! I bought the turbo fire that has 12 dvds + recipes + bands for $80...how are they justifying selling me half the amount of product )5dvds) for the exact same price as the regular 12 dvd turbofire? Am i missing something here? Are the dvds that good??--Let me know if they are if youve bought them!!

Also the back of my turbo fire dvd booklet has room for a upper and lower 20 (advanced dvd) but on the turbofireadvanced.com website it says the 5 dvds are core, abs, scuplt, tone, hit 30 (it does not mention a upper and lower 20). All 4 of these dvds are already in our turbo kit though...how do i know they arent the same dvds? The only one that isnt the same is the turbo 60.

Am i wasting my money trying to order these advanced dvds that are so pricey and vague on details? Im getting half the amount of product for the same price as ordering a second turbo fire...not fair!

Can anyone who owns and has done the advanced workouts vouch for them? should i order them if i am a huge turbo fan? $80 just seems really expensive.


Also is BB ever going to come out with an updated yoga series? Def time for a new one! Has anyone heard anything?
