Help!! Not getting enough calories!
I am currently doing insanity and following the elite nutrition guide and eating 5 meals every 3 hours. According the to equation for how many calories I need a day I should be getting at least 1,900-2,000 calories a day and I have trouble actually eating that much! Some days my meals are only 200-300 calories per meal and I feel full! How do I add more calories without feeling stuffed!?!

What I do is take the list of foods from the nutrition guide and create a weekly meal schedule to reach my daily goal. If you feel too full try getting food that are smaller in size but with more calories, like almonds and peanut butter.

What i usually do is eat 3 meal per day plus 3 snacks. If you do that and you eat 300 calories each time you will easily reach 2000 calories. Don't worry about eating snacks before bed as it wont make you gain weight so you can add a snack there after dinner.

Are you drinking a lot of water or juice with your meal? You can drink water with your meal to help it wash down but just don't drink too much as it will make you full.

Just wondering are you hitting your macros correctly, i mean eating enough protein?
