Could use some motivation today
I'm on day 13 of insanity, but i lost my workout buddy at the beginning of the week so i've been going it alone for a couple of days. Started doing the pure cardio/cardio abs this morning but was really not into it so i stopped before i got all the way through the warmup. Told myself I'll do it this afternoon/evening, and that it would be better that way because i wouldn't get the full benefit in my current frame of mind, if i could even finish the workout in that condition. but i have a nagging feeling that i might flake again so i'm just looking for some motivation to make sure to give it my all tonight. Thanks for any assistance.

How about I say I'm a pudgy guy. (Go ahead and look you'll see it) And I did it this morning. (I'm on day 12 right behind you.)

I can run an entire parking lot now, in good form and not be huffing and puffing at the end. That inspires me at least.

I know the feeling! I just restarted Insanity for the 3rd time this week and am determined to actually get all the way through it this time. Just think though, if you do it alone you can focus more on the moves and not about your workout partner judging you or bringing you down. Plus, you can yell back at the DVDs! And remember how good it feels to really push yourself and finish a workout? Go get it! Good luck!
