Hi, my name is abel and i am having trouble with my calories, i am on week 5 of P90x and week 1 was nice and i had no problem during the 1800 calories but when i got to 3000 i could not do it, i get full so fast or just not hungry.
I am on phase 2(energy booster) and i sometimes eat a lot less calories than my goal, like today i had 1600.
Is it bad to eat less calories? I am 164 and lost 12lbs so far but i hope i'm not messing up.
PS. I lost 12lbs but i havent see my body much different but i do feel a lot stronger.
When will my body start transforming? I hate my love handles
