I was wondering if anyone else does this. I'm doing the above listed hybrid program, but sometimes I get in from work at 1 or 2 in the morning after working all day. On those days, I pop in the 10 minute trainer. I know it's not the prescribed workout plan, but on a day when I'm half dead getting home, I can still muster up ten minutes to somewhat stay on track.
Anyone else?
PS: if anyone here has any non soy/gluten vegan meal plan tips, much appreciated.
