I just started the INSANITY workout tomorrow/today will be day 5. Im unable to get through a whole workout other then cardio recovery. I have to stop 10 min into it. I keep going after a short break, but just wondering if ill still get results. Its very embarrassing how out of shap I am.
Congratulation on Day 5. The first few days were the worst for me.
I'm on day twelve and I couldn't get through it all without breaks. Particularly anyhing in plank. I spend quite a bit of time in child's pose trying to work up the strength to continue.
Second do not be embarrassed about how out of shape you are. Can't be too much worse than me. Get excited that you aren't going to be that way anymore.
