Starting P90X next week...anybody have motivating tips?
Was supposed to start this week but had a minor bout with cold/flu, so I put it off until I felt I could give it my best. I'm excited and wanted to hear from those who have started it already or have gone through it...

Take BEFORE pictures. They will help as you go along and give you something to compare results to.

Figure out what your caloric intake will be and be ready to eat healthy!

Get your mind right. If you decide to succeed, you will.

Use these boards to keep your motivation up.

Several people, myself included, run motivation threads.

Mine is here if you want to check it out. I think they really help keep you on target and focused on reaching your goals.

Take the Road Less Traveled

If you have any questions or need any other advice, shoot me a message. I have finished P90X and I am currently working through P90X2 and Les Mills Combat. I've lost almost 30 pounds and 12% of my body fat.

P90X is an awesome program. I love the variety and the nutrition guide is super helpful. Personally, it has gotten me in the best shape I've ever been in. It's tough, but it's worth it!

I love the variety as well. I think that's where I hit a wall at the gym...so mundane and uninspired...lol...oh well, thanks for the testimony.
