Hey how is it going? You can totally do this! It will definitely be a shock, Insanity is a tough program. Give it 100% and just try your best. Don't get discouraged if you need extra breaks. When I first started Insanity 6 months ago it was embarrassing how much of the workout I was actually doing. I was honestly only getting in like 5 reps of each exercise before I would collapse! It takes a while to get the hang of things and be able to keep up, but if you keep at it you WILL get there! Please stop by
