Start day does not matter what matters is that you started and you WILL finish! I start all my programs on a Wednesday....I like for Tuesday to be my rest day. Congrats on starting it is a great program.

Yes, all that matters is that you started. You will be tested every day. You're going to want to quit at some point because you can't get through the whole workout. Stay strong and keep doing the workout every day and you'll get stronger and each day you'll be doing more than you did before. The sense of accomplishment you'll feel when you see and feel those results will be worth every drop of sweat you lost. Good luck!

There must be a reason you like Tuesday to be your rest day, CoachBumpusBurn? What fits in with your schedule isn't guaranteed to fit in with everybody else's. I think that the start day, and, therefore, the timing of a rest day is an important part of any exercise programme.

If you work Monday to Friday, and your rest day falls on a Tuesday, you may not feel that you are getting the rest that you expected or felt you needed. I would strongly recoomend scheduling your rest day to fall on your day off. Apart from the physical benefit, it can be very mentally rewarding to spend a whole day focusing on yourself and/or your loved ones during a programme as intense as INSANITY.

Start day doesn't really matter, what matters is that you do the six days in a row of workouts with a rest day after the sixth day...

Just keep it going and you'll see the results...good luck man!
