never feel a workout like this before.......everytime when u pushing play and the song really pump u up also it will help you keep movin ...once u finish the workout u will always looking forward for next day workout.....and i love the way they workout .....they always smile throw the end

I've started the Less Mills Combat this week and today was my 5th day. At first it was very hard. but today after the rest of the 4th day the HIIT Plyo was intense but not was hard as the others workout from the 1st, 2nd and 3rd day. heheheh

I LOVE the music in this series. I just finished week 3 today. I"m down almost 6 pounds and everyone else in our challenge group is losing inches/weight and having fun.

Combat 60 Extreme Cardio Warrior is my FAVORITE!

Wrapping up Week 3 tomorrow and enjoying every minute. emoticon It incorporates everything to truly make it a total body program. Plyo-HIIT 2 and Kata 45 are my current favorites, but everything else is a very close second!emoticon I agree, the music is awesome.

i'm finishing up week 5 and my favorite is kata 45 and combat 60 of the ultimate kit. I'm finally getting to do the live 60 on wendesday can't wait for it.. haven't even watched it yet..extreme 60 is fun but the girl lssya or something like that bores me during the good charolette song the anthem which is part 1 of girls vs boys

I am sooooo disappointed, I made an error when I placed my order, I thought I ordered Les Mills Combat like the full package but it turns out I ordered Les Mills Pump Deluxe package... emoticon I don't know what to do, whether I should return it(Iwhich would be a hassle) or just do this program and order Combat once I'm done. What do you guys think?!?

I just returned something to TBB and it wasn't bad at all. I just called and go the RA# and sent it back. If you really had your heart set on doing combat, why be stuck with a workout you were not interested in. Also it would be a waste of money for you to keep it and not use it. I vote return it and get what you really want!

I am having an absolute blast with this program! I just started week 4 yesterday and am down one inch so far. (I have been battling these last stubborn inches for months!)

I agree with PP that I expected a little more during The Anthem song, but it is still a good track. The power hooks at the end get me every time.

Many people have commented about the music - does anyone know if there is a track list posted?

My hubby got this for me for my birthday. I have 2 weeks of the Asylum left before I am starting this. But just wondered if anyone is having the Results and Recovery Formula after the workouts?? Btw.. I did Combat 30 just to try it out....love it!!

Hi Allison! I use the results and recovery formula, but I actually drink it during my workouts. I know for me personally it makes a huge difference and I can't live without it! I've been using it probably over a year now.

Yes there is a difference with Tapout but the goals are the same. Les Mills Combat was widely popular all over the world before Beachbody produced a set, and they did a pretty good job at that as well.

I am loving this new work out. I will be finishing week 3 today. I have a question for you all. I just ordered the basic package and I am doing the supreme workout. Does anyone know if I can order the other workouts like the abs, upper and lower body work outs as well as the streching. I know in the next round I would like to go all in and I need these babies. Thanks

I am in week 3 of the Les Mills Combat and I am loving it. I've taught aerobic kickboxing for 13 years and have a background in martial arts and this workout is awesome and very close to what I have done in the past. This workout is my favorite beachbody program so far. In the team beachbody tab for "shop: go under fitness programs to Les Mills Combat and there is an upgrade that can be purchased now with those dvds and includes the gloves it's an awesome deal and if you are a team beachbody member you can get 10% off. Good luck and remember keep it real and stay with the fight.
