Hey everyone,

I'm new to the Team Beachbody website and these message boards, but I've been doing P90X/P90X 2 and Insanity for two years now. I just finished my first ever round of insanity and the results were pretty amazing. I started out in good shape (having just finished up P90X 2) and I wasn't sure what to expect. I just wanted try out something different. As it turns our, I loved every minute of it. I brought my A-Game every day and never missed a workout. I've followed the diet guide to the best of my ability (being a low-income college student makes it tougher), but since I was very conscious of my diet before it wasn't too hard. Anyway, here are my results.

Day 1 Fit Test:

Switch Kicks: 76
Squat Jacks: 43
Power Knees: 89
Power Jumps: 41
Globe Jumps: 7
Suicide Jumps: 16
Push-up Jacks: 24
Low Plank Obliques: 54

Weight: 160
Resting Heart Rate: 50
Body Fat: 13%

Day 63 Fit Test:

Switch Kicks: 131
Squat Jacks: 67
Power Knees: 120
Power Jumps: 47
Globe Jumps: 14
Suicide Jumps: 25
Push-up Jacks: 49
Low Plank Obliques: 80

Weight: 157
Resting Heart Rate: 48
Body Fat: 9%

Next I'm planning on starting up a P90X/Insanity hybrid to mix it up a bi. I'd like to gain some lean muscle and I just kind of miss the weight training of P90X. I hope everyone else who is doing Insanity enjoys it as much as I did! Good luck everyone, and bring it!

Whoa! I saw you were doing back and bi's today on the WOWY then found your thread here. You're incredibly lean! Do you have before pics?
