Yoga Program
Yoga Program

I've been wondering a long time when Beach Body would come out with a Yoga program because the P90X and P90X2 yoga can become monotonous (although I love the P90X2 Yoga!) Ever since doing the p90X2 yoga, I thought they should make a yoga program with Ted McDonald since the P90X2 yoga was so great. I'm about to try Ultimate Yogi made by Travis Eliot. Is there any change that Beach Body will be making anything similar? Thanks

I made a similar suggestion a while back. I just purchased Patience Hummingbird, Fountain of Youth, and On One Leg in the Tony Horton One-On-One series. I plan to make my own weekly mix with those and Yoga-X and X2 Yoga.

You should really google the ultimate yogi. The routines are great, and there's 13 of them

I'll 2nd the recommendation for The Ultimate Yogi, as well as "Yoga Short and Sweet" (4 x 30 minute power yoga routines). I'd also recommend Bryan Kest's "Power Yoga" which is 3 x 50 minute routines. Similar to the varied impressions that people have of Tony Horton, I find Travis Eliot and Bryan Kest to range from annoying to creepy. However, the routines are good.

I've got the Fountain of Youth yoga, which seems like Yoga X minus the balance moves. The ab sequence at the end of Fountain of Youth is BRUTAL. How does Patience Hummingbird compare?
