I am just over halfway through my round of LMC and to be honest I am thinking that either one of them will get you the results you want. Just use low to no weights for the HIIT series workouts and I think you will be fine!!

You want to build muscle- lean muscle not bulky will burn fat and tone. I love Combat! I just did hilt power today. I would do supreme.

Hey there,

Either program would do fine. I am in week 3 of Combat at love it. I agree with Christina, building lean muscle will actually help you burn more fat.

I would do the supreme, you get to the Cardio 60 quicker.

I have a group of us doing LMC, you could join.

I would suggest the supreme warrior as you will get to the 60 minute routine faster as others said. Also, I would not worry about getting bulky. It is generally pretty difficult for women to add bulky muscle unless they are specifically trying. This programs is not going to make anybody pack on a ton of muscle, but it will tone you up and help you maintain your current muscle mass. I am doing the lmc routine right now but that is because I am also doing les mills pump along with it. Let me know if you have any other questions about the program or your specific goals. Awesome morning workout! Combat Power Kata 45 & Core Attack! I read the schedule wrong so did 45 instead if 30- it's all good & fun! 404 calories Gone! Love Energy & Endurance! Needed it today!!! My abs are on Fire! Refueling with R&R and vegan chocolate shakeology.

How's your day going?

Post a picture from your heart rate monitor. If you don't have one post a picture of calories estimated tracked on MFP. emoticon

i am on my 7th week of LMC and its been crazy fun!!! the workouts get into it real fast and do burn real quick...
go all out during 30 to maximize it...

i am at work right now other wise i would post my pix of what my HRM says for calorie burns
the highest ive gotten is 1059 during 60 and yesterday i hit 1004 during the 60 as well....

learning the moves and getting into the rythme took me a few but i am really loving the program...

Hi, my name Fred! Which ever one you choose your going to enjoy it and get results. Your going to burn calories right from the start. To give you an idea, I started as a Combat Supreme, P90X Hybrid. I am on day 26 right now! I had to dial it down to the standard Combat for I was burning to many calories to quick for me! I could of changed my diet but for me this seems to be a better balance and back down on the cardio. I see you did Combat 30 already, sure was fun wasn't it? Once you know the moves it gets better!

Good Afternoon eclignett!! Congratulations on starting Combat and your journey to fitness and health! Both programs are going to give you calorie burn and it will be your choice on which to do. I am doing the Supreme Warrior schedule and am absolutely enjoying it. What I like about it is that the schedule had Combat 60 in the first week! Twice even! Calorie burn is definitely ramped up in the Supreme Warrior vs LMC Warrior.

I understand you want to get toned but the common misconception of weight training is that you will gain bulky muscle. it is all based on how you train and lift. In general, keeping the reps high with low weight will add give build minimal muscle but gain you the toning aspect you are looking for. Here is the thing, the more muscle you have the more fat you will burn. Don't be afraid of using weights. emoticon

I just started week four of Supreme Warrior workout. I love it and I finally feel like I'm catching on to the combinations of moves. I just ordered the Ultimate Warrior workout kit and I'm looking forward to putting on the gloves when I workout. After I wrap up my first 60 days, I'm going to do it again, but I'm going to do the Ultimate Warrior workout instead. Good luck!

Sure, be glad to help! I think I am starting week 6 today and so far so good!

By the way your going to love what P90X does for you. Just keep pushing play, you don't have to be at your best every dayemoticon
