Are you ready to Dig Deep? Are you looking to achieve astounding results? Then, you are in the right group. We are a no excuses, positive-thinking, and UNSTOPPABLE group committed to reaching our goals.

Who are you and what are your Goals?

First Assignment:

1) Introduce Yourself, 2)Tell us when you are starting, 3)Which schedule are you following (Warrior, Supreme Warrior, or Ultimate Warrior), 4)What do you want out of this group, 6)Be absolutely sure to take your measurements and BEFORE Shot (you can't measure progress, if you don't know where you started).

Me: My name is Mary (Coach heymcs) and I've been on my Beachbody transformational journey for one year. I did a few weeks of Ten Minute Trainer and met my Coach who changed my life. She introduced me to Power90 and I've moved onto Insanity (twice), Les Mills Pump (adore it), and dropped over 50 pounds along the way. What a crazy trip.

My Goal: Give Back & Inspire Others and Drop My Last 15Lbs and Lose some Flab! I am taking this week to do a variety of BB programs (I just finished Insanity) and study up and do a few of the Combat Workouts. I'm officially starting on Monday, January 28.

Good Morning, If you are lurking or on the fence about joining - Just Do It! I've been doing Beachbody programs for a little over a year and it is the Challenge Group(s) and the support of others that has been instrumental in my success. We can do it together.

My extra Combat DVD's have been shipped and yesterday I spent some time reviewing the Program Guide and instructional dvds...

Today's Assignment (in addition to your workout)
Read pages 1-2 in your Program Guide "Begin Your Journey" and complete instructions 1-4!

Yesterday I tried out the 60Minute Ultimate Warrior Workout and all I can say is Wow! Intense and fun and a great workout.

What's on tap for today? Dig Deep and Push Play. Today I'm doing LMP Step class and giving my sides a break - all that punching yesterday took it's toll!

Today was Combat 45 Power Kata and I loved it - a great workout. I just heard from Team Beachbody that my extra dvds are on their way - can't wait. Monday is my official start day and will take pics, measurements, etc and post here.

Where are my Combat pals? Waiting for YOU to join me to dig deep for the next 60 days.

Fitness Tip!
Make sure you are ready to get started on Day 1. Prepare an area near your tv/dvd player that gives you about 6 feet of space. Have a towel handy - you will sweat. And, definitely have your water bottle nearby. Finally, be sure to have some good cross training shoes, the boxing/training gloves (if you like that - I do!) and comfy clothing.

My goals for the next 60 days....

Lose 15lbs and gain muscle; specifically working on the midsection!

Good morning. I'm hearing crickets! Where are my COMBAT WARRIORS? I am recruiting for a team of people who want to dig deep and get results from their hard work. Join in and we will support, encourage, kick butt (when needed), and keep you accountable!

It works. I know. I just received my extra dvd's and will start the Ultimate Warrior Hybrid Calendar.

Today's Tip: Clear your cupboards, pantry, fridge, etc. of all unhealthy foods. It it's not aligned with your goals - toss it. Now is the time to go shopping so you have all those healthy foods availale in your kitchen, so you can prepare recipes from the Eat Right for the Fight Nutrition Guide.

Today is the day - My Day 1! Be sure to take your "before" pics and measurements before you start - you can't go back and do it later! You are about to start a great journey so be sure to document it.

Today's tip: Hydration, Hydration, Hydration! Water helps curb hunger. Sip water throughout the day and it will keep you hydrated and ease up on any hunger pangs.

I'll post mine in the morning.

Day 2 HIT Power and Inner Warrior - Done (Awesome workout in a short amount of time) and
Day 3 Combat 30 and Core Attack - already feeling stronger!

Tip: Be sure to watch the instructional material and read the program guide before starting.

If you are not already drinking Shakeology - you need to be! My all time favorite is Chocolate and I use it daily as a snack. It takes care of all my 'sweet' cravings - and helps fuel my body for my workouts.

Today, an awesome and by far my fave COMBAT Workout so far - Shock Plyo HIIT 2 - 30 minutes of mean, lean cardio plyo mix that gets the sweat going and the heart pumping fast.

It's like a mini Insanity for those who have been to the asylum before!

Today's Tip:
Make today the best day yet - do something you have never done before - push harder than you have ever pushed before - and tell yourself NO LIMITS.

Wow - a week down and feeling GOOD.
Happy Monday. A new week in a new month and that always makes me feel good.
No matter what's come before - today - right now - you can make a fresh start.

Finished Combat 45 and Warrior 2 Lower Body - loved both the workouts.

I'm really enjoying the Capoeria moves...if you haven't tried them, they were created in Brazil by African slaves and is marked by fluid acrobatic play, feints, and sweeps..(pg 25 of the Program Guide).

Today's Tip: Keep pushing Play. The days you don't want to work and DO are often the days you see the best results.

What do you want to accomplish today, this week, this month, this year?
Dream big because if you can dream it, you can achieve it.

Taking a rest day today as my knees are hurting.
Really enjoying Combat and wishing some other folks would join in.
I really hope - if you are reading this - that you are either on your transformational journey or ready to get started.

Each day you delay is one day further from your goal.
You can do more than you ever thought possible.
The only way to reach your goals is to take action; wishing you were fit won't make it so!

I'll start posting weekly after next week - if no one jumps in - and posting pics of my progress.

Hello and welcome!

What version of the workout are you following?

I am doing the Ultimate Warrior Hybrid Calendar and am on day 11.

I've missed a few days as I'm also doing Asylum 1 and needed a rest day here and there.

I've noticed there are many moves similar to other BB programs I have done and while I thought it might not be challenging enough (ha) in the beginning, I realize now it is a tremendous fitness program.

The combination of cardio and mixed martial arts are really going to target and transform each problem area of your body. I am already seeing good results in my mid-section and feeling stronger in my punches and kicks.

Still keeping this msg thread open - jump in and get busy.

Where will you be in 60 days?

I am doing combat warrior hybrid with les mills pump and gym in evening. I love mixed martial arts and boxing need a change from my regular mma workouts and i am loving it. its day 3 for me did combat kickstart 30 then at 1 will do combat hiit the n gym this evening for back quads abs

Excellent! I agree I loved mma and boxing and I love the intensity of COMBAT.
Today, I redid Combat 60 as yesterday I was too tired to complete more than 30 minutes. I did it early in the am - WITH a session of Asylum (Back to Core) and skied 3 hours today!
I'm really going to feel this tomorrow but feel really good right now.

Hi All,
Since this thread is a bust :-) and no one else has joined in, I'll be posting every 15 days. Here's my results from Day 1 to Day 15 - really trying to tighten up a lot of loose skin around my belly. I do see some improvement and am continuing strong.
