Don't try to "make up" a missed workout.That's not how it works. And, no, I wouldn't do recovery drink twice in a day unless you're riding the Tour de France.

Occasionally, I'll do a double workout to try to make up for missing a day, in an effort to keep up with my schedule. When I do this, is it a bad idea to have a recovery drink (I'm using the P90X results and recovery) after both workouts? For example, today I did P90X Chest and Back, plus Ab Ripper, then had a recovery drink. Later in the day, I did P90X Plyometrics, and then had another recovery drink...is this a bad thing?
