Good job on the 4 week mark!! It's all about improving and as Tony says--do your best and forget the rest. I think yoga is important because you are stretching and working on flexibility...you might want to try throwing it in every once in a while

Are you doing ab ripper also?
As far as the weight--remember muscle weighs more than fat. I lost about 5-6 lbs but had to buy all new clothes. Plus muscle continues to burn calories long after the workout...where fat doesn't.
Clean eating is just as important--I am a firm believer that you get fit in the gym, you lose weight in the kitchen. If you need any help, let me know!
