Retaining/gaining size on Insanity
Hi

Haven't started insanity yet,and I obviously realize its a "rip" program. Has anyone actually gained muscle mass as they ripped? Please let me know how or what you did. I certainly want to "rip" up but i dont want to be skinny/lose all muscle mass. Thanks alot

You should tighten up. But its not a mass builing program. Its designed to help you shred fat and tone/tighten up!

I've had more fat loss than muscle building. I do see more muscles but I am no where near "ripped".

You need to tell us what you're like now. A basically fit person who doesn't want to lose weight but just wants to tighten up is going to have a different experience and strategy from someone with 30 lbs to lose. It's going to all come down to your eating.

Just a quick question, I'm 155 lbs, 5'5" and 33 waist 17.5% body fat % (thanks to working out consistently for past 3 months and up to day 9 tomorrow Insanity) and BMI counts say I'm overweight and need to go at least 150 or 145 to get below 25 BMI. Is this possible with Insanity? Can I go lose 10 more pounds?
