doing round 2 of INSANITY now and have combat on board and on schedule.

I have access to BBL Master and Chalean Extreme as well and not alt all tentative about doing a "girlie" program if it will help me out.

really looking at rev abs as well.

despite having pretty strong abs I still carry enough flab on my abs and external obliques to pretty much hide them. it really looks like a got a way bigger b gut than I have

will rev abs help finish them once I use up all the available fat now on them?

will rev abs help define the lower back I.e. iliocostalis lomborum and Gluteus medius


why or why shouldn't I add rev abs to my library?

I'm a girl doing this program, so I can't guarantee what will happen to a guys body but if these are the workouts Brett Hoebel, the creator, used to get his six pack, it will definitely work for you. The workouts are great fun and high intensity, although after Insanity you will probably think of them as really easy. He has a great nutrition plan that if you follow it will help immensely with getting that six pack!

I'm about half way through the program at the moment and have gone done ten pounds and I think two inches around the abs since starting - and that's with missing a week from illness and modifying due to a shoulder injury (yes, there are push ups, planks and other shoulder involved workouts).

He does have the occasional lower back exercise and is constantly reminding you to use it so it should help define that area as well.

So, all in all, I would say yes, it is worth it to add rev abs to your library!
