hows my nutrition with p90x??
ok so i know p90x comes with a huge nutrition guide with tons of meals and snack, but being a full time student on a budge, I cannot afford all of the different foods he suggests. I completed his test and I am in level one on the nutrition guide. Im 20 yrs old, 5'3, 140lbs. My goal is to lose 10-20lbs depending on whatever im comfortable at. But anyways my diet consists of 6 small meals a day, totaling 1800 calories. so here it goes:


5am wakeup
i will start the day with a banana since i workout 30 minutes later
workout 5:30-6:30 am
6:30am-whey protein with silk milk = 200 cals
7:30am- breakast which is 2 egg whites, 2 turkey bacon, kashi cereal, and a kiwi = 400 cals
10 am- snack which is greek yogurt mixed with kashi cereal, fruit= 300 cals
1pm- lunch which will be a salad with chicken and vinegerrate dressing =300 cals
4pm- snack which is apple, peanuts, carrots = 300 cals
7pm- dinner which is chicken breast or tilapia with two veggies = 300 cals

this will basically be my everyday meal plan due to the fact that im busy with school and work. plus i jus like to keep it simple. im not much of a cooker and i don eat a lot of foods such as red meats, dark meats, or any meat that came from a four legged animal lol. but my question is will i not see results like everyone else due to my diet basically staying the same even thought its EXTREMELY CLEAN EATING LOL. as u can c itt mostly consist of fruits, veggies, proteins, and no bad carbs.

I don't think it matters if you eat the same meals, as long as your body is getting all the required nutrients needed daily. Honestly, your diet looks very similar to one that I use, I eat a bit more(2200), minus the carrots because I don't like those. emoticon

Just one question, did you count the banana calories?

thank u. and no i didn add the banana because i wasnt sure if i wanted to have a banana or an energy bar before my workout. still gotta figure that one out....
