Do you recommend doing any extra workouts or activities on top of the daily Turbofire work out? Last time i pushed myself to hard and could barley walk for three days... I do not want to over do it but i really wanna see life changing results. any suggestions?? I understand the most important is meals. Im trying so hard to eat better but i began to crave certain things after a few days of eating right. any tips on avoiding those cravings?

You can add extra to the TF workout if you feel you absolutely want to! But you already said it, nutrition is the key, and the more you push your body the more you have to fuel it! The 8 week transition diet that is posted on the first page is a great resource you could and should definitely utilize! Cravings are cravings, heck if you keep good with nutrition allow yourself 1 cheat meal a week! That'll help out!

Hey Vanna!

Congrats on getting engaged!! That is so exciting!! emoticon How do you like TurboFire so far? It's really good for weight loss. I started it in March 2010 when one of my best friends got married to look pretty in the bridesmaid dress. I got to my goal weight with it and lost several inches all around just doing TF. I don't think you need to add anything to the regular schedule. Even competitors only workout 1-hour most days because anything more and you risk injury.

Youre right on your diet--its 70% of your results!! I also have cravings bad!! lol! What I do is 90% healthy 10% splurge. It can be 10% of my daily calories (about 250 calories which is a bag of m&ms lol) or I'll save that 10% up and have a free day on the week with my boyfriend. I have done this since college and have consistently lost weight and now maintained my goal weight. It also keeps me sane! emoticon

Having an accountbaility group or partner also helps! Do you have a group you talk to? I'm in agreat one on Facebook if you need anything. We post meal plans, hybrids, workouts, progress, questions, product reviews, etc. on there and also do a monthly challenge and giveaway to someone crushing their goals. It's a lot of fun and it's a secret group so it's not like everyone is seeing your posts! emoticon Do you think that would help?

Your body need time to recover from your workouts, overtraining will put your body under high stress and have a negative impact on your results.

The most important thing in fitness is nutrition. Check to create yourself a myfitnesspal.com account and start tracking down what you eat.

Do you know what is your caloric need and macros?
