Congratulations on reaching your third week! That's awesome. I love the Brazilian Butt lift program!
Can I ask you which part of your body is giving you the most trouble holding this pose? Is it your back, stomach, legs, arms? You indicate that you're in your 3rd week... how long had it been prior to this program that you were previously engaged in regular workout routines/program? If it's been awhile you may need to build up your strength in several areas before you can hold a plank position for a long period of time. I realize I haven't directly answered your question about how long did it take me before I could hold a plank for longer than 5 seconds however you can't compare yourself to others because there are so many variables... level of fitness, age, strength etc. The best thing to do is keep working at your fitness level because as long as you're consistent and give it your best effort you will improve everyday!
