I'm on Day 5 of my first round, so I can't respond as far as where and when the weight will go. Right now, I'm just trying to survive the initial go around!!! I have a feeling in a couple weeks I'll be able to do a whole lot more of the routines than I currently can. So I would surmise that the weight will shed more as I go through the program. But whatever program you do, it's only part of the equation. Nutrition is going to be the biggie. If you change the way you fuel your body, and what you fuel it with, you should expect to see good things happen. Exercise alone won't get you there. So the commitment has to be to the whole program. Nutrition, hydration, exercise, eliminating the obstacles that hold you back. Your own success will be derived from how well you achieve your goals in EACH of these areas...

I finished Insanity a few months ago. My first month I only lost around 5 pounds, but my overall fitness level got much higher. I was running a mile faster, and had much more endurance. During month 1 you really wont lose that much weight. Month 2 is when you really start to lose weight. The workouts get even harder. During month 2 I lost over 15 pounds.

Overall, for me it went like this.
started: 197
ended: 174

So that is 23 pounds that I lost.

But it all depends on how much body fat you have and how hard you push yourself, and finally diet diet diet.
